A4 stainless steel eccentric levers expand the KIPP portfolio

KIPP is expanding its range with A4 stainless steel eccentric levers for use in extreme conditions. The new heavy-duty control units offer impressive corrosion resistance and reliable functionality – even in salty, wet and aggressive environments. Typical areas of application include the chemical industry, shipbuilding, the offshore sector, as well as the food, pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors.

Reliable clamping – fast and gentle

Eccentric levers enable tool-free, torque-free clamping. The clamping force is generated by an eccentric that guides the pressure disc linearly onto the component. This protects sensitive surfaces whilst ensuring high repeatability.

The advantage is particularly evident during frequent operation: components can be clamped and released quickly, the clamping force can be individually adjusted and remains constant over many cycles.

Versatile and compact design

The cam levers feature a compact design and can be installed without difficulty even in confined spaces. Maintenance and replacement remain straightforward – even under harsh operating conditions.

The new variants are available with:

• Internal and external threads from M3 to M10

• Inch threads from 6-32 to 3/8-16

• Finishes: electrolytically polished or blasted

The A4 versions complement the existing K2121, K2126, K0645 and K0647 series and specifically expand the portfolio for applications with increased demands on material, durability and reliability.
